2002年7月于陕西师范大学获理学学士学位，2008年12月于陕西师范大学获工学博士学位，导师为房喻教授，博士学位论文被评为“2011年全国优秀博士学位论文”。2009年10月至2011年10月受“日本学术振兴会（JSPS）海外特别研究员项目”资助，在日本九州大学从事博士后研究，合作导师为Nobuo Kimizuka教授。

主要研究方向为：（1）两亲性荧光分子的有序组装及其光物理性质调控研究；（2）微阵列化气-液界面单分子层荧光薄膜的构建及其气相传感应用。入选2013年度教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”，先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项、国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、教育部项目2项以及陕西省科技厅项目1项。在J. Am. Chem. Soc.，Adv. Mater.等期刊上发表学术论文30余篇，授权发明专利11项。
